Toronto is becoming a welfare city, that is why its competibility is going to the sink and mid-class are moving to the suburb, that is also why I say welfare is a trap set by David Miller and NDP.
We need these services for our city: basic education, public libraries, police and fire fighters, some public transit. Everything else are extra
I support Ford cutting services if it's real.
