My main point is that you should be responsible for your words in public:

Others only ask you: "(1) 那个伪主席是如何道歉的? 你为什末不明说出来哪?有顾虑吗? "
You always avoid answering the question, so does it really mean that you spread the rumor on 51.ca to cheat us?
(2) Your original words are: "5， 董事长以私人的名义捐赠现金1500加元，创个人捐款最高记录（当时）。6，我们副董事长积极回应又以公司的名义加捐现金1000加币。在现场掀起一个募捐的小高潮。"
The original question is "------难道春姐在骗人???"
You can not use "因为我们不是上市公司，恕不可能向社会公众交代更多公司的资讯。" to cheat the public, Chinese community, audiences of 51.ca. Why? It is because Nobody asks you to tell the public how you donated. But after you tell the public, you should be responsible for it. Otherwise, please admit that you are a liar.
(3) Ask you to be responsible for your original words, it is not "过多的纠缠" at all !!!
一见你出来就觉得很亲切,一直关注你的观点,觉得比较理性和客观.
综合这几天发生的事都不是我们挑起来的,基本是被迫应战,包括公布慈善捐款活动都是为回应网友的对世界唐人街的无端指责,并不是为了显示什么.

因为我们不是上市公司，恕不可能向社会公众交代更多公司的资讯。一旦我们能在北美股票市场上市，公众可了解公司更多的信息，到时候不向公众交代也不行。
