The following is my comments:
I am a Canadian citizen who immigrated from China 16 years ago. I am very glad to hear that the nine non-Canadian Chinese-language services will be added to the lists of eligible satellite services for distribution on a digital basis. So far as I know, over 95% of the Chinese immigrants are very happy to have this service in Canada, not only because of their nostalgia, but because of their enthusiasm to introduce Chinese culture and tradition into Canada. In my opinion, the addition of these nine services has nothing to do with politics, let alone "the use of abusive and hate-inciting language in programs aired on these channels." I am sure you can hear much more positive responses to this addition if you do have a public hearing. Please take into consideration the wills of most Chinese Canadians who are looking forward to the arrival of the Chinese-langauage channels. Thank you for your consideration.

想来想去，反正今天有时间，再来说两句。
关于“找乐”
打工的日子够辛苦的，谁不想轻松点，多找点乐。我们是想找乐，但老共支持的长城平台可不简单，老毛头就一向重视文艺战线的巨大作用，这是共产党维持统治的一大秘籍，一直传承不段，再加上表面传统的文艺形式，亲切而精美，不知不觉党的教导就在我们的脑子里了，老共的世界观也在我们的脑子里了，这就是文艺、文化作为治国、控国之利器的厉害之处，杀人于无形。老共深知其中厉害，所以在国内所有的文艺作品必须审查，政审不过，艺术性再高也得束你于高阁，要不打你入地狱，于是网络封锁、报纸查禁；那么对于海外华人呢，你生活辛苦，想找乐，好啊，我有乐给你，我编的乐当然得贯穿我的思想，我有长城平台，国家财力支持，乐大着呢，来吧，于是海外华人只好找找共产党给指定的乐。
唉，苦啊，出了国，来到了资本主义社会，还是一个转不出去的圈，何苦呢。
