So, expanding students' number will decrease Canadian university's quality. Some good universities will even lose their their reputation. One of the example in U.S. is MIT and CIT --- even they are small, they have been 2 of TOP engineering schools in the world for many years.

自由党再不好，也比保守党的中国政策好。

I don't agree with it. We know that we have spend a lot of money on it, but we didn't achieved the goal as they wished. Why??? The problem what the government need to do is to improve the procedure dealing with issues and efficiency, or they just spend money and develop excuse for that. Be ware of that trick!!

I don't understand that why HST could reduce the expenses of catering industry?
