我的孩子接受过中，英，加拿大的教育。可以说，西方教育对于开发创造性思维更加有效。西方的教材更加生动活泼。Gifted Program 和好的私立学校的教育质量相当好，要求也很高。但是，在西方更需要自我严格要求。学不学，是你自己的事。

本人读了半辈子书，现在也从事教育工作，完全同意作者的看法。虽然我不研究教育，我想这在教育学上是有根据的。其实，我们在任何地方都应该用这种教育方法，只是在中国的学校环境下不可能实施。
