2 things new comers to learn:
1. Read carefully before act, when a deal is too good to be true, it probably is.
2. When you get over charged by your own mistake, dont' rave and rant. Call the customer service, tell them you made an honest mistake and ask if they could wave or reduce the charge, talk to the manger if you can. Be polite but assertive. Usually it works.
For $160 bill, I would definitely talk to the city for that.
