女子深夜被撞双腿骨折 行人安全引关注

各位看官，有没有人读到报道里的这句话？真是太经典了！ ＂SUV上有四名乘客，其中的一人立刻拿出手机拨打911，但是由于语言障碍，所以延迟了对伤者的援救。直到911找到了一名普通话翻译，才弄清楚发生了什么事情，派出了救护车。＂ 我都要叫救命了！😁

我就遇到好几次早晨从自家house出来的司机倒车速度异常的快，完全不去看后面的行人，都差一点撞上，大白天尚且如此，别说晚上了。双方都要注意啊，生命最重要！

说来说去一句话，垃圾移民越来越多，所以多伦多变成一个加拿大最危险的城市。看看吧，屎家宝开车的人的习惯比起渥太华的司机来差简直太远了。我在渥太华住过2年多，对那边的交通情况还是有发言权的。那些专门碰瓷诈钱的也基本集中在多伦多。 现在你在downtown最富有的Bay街高峰时间观察一小时，保证你可以听见20次以上的鸣号，而且多半是那种很长的，听上去气急败坏的喇叭声，而不是非常短促的提醒声。想当年刚来加拿大时候情况根本不同。 愚蠢的加拿大政府，别再移垃圾过来了，尤其是中国大陆来的，开个X5仿佛老子天下第一，毁了一个花般年华的姑娘。我反正现在不住多伦多，多伦多之外的行车风气好多了，眼不见心不烦。

This is a extremely tragic accidence to both sides. A 25 year-old lady may have to spend rest of her life in the wheelchair. The other person or even whole family's life could be destroyed. It is necessary for policeman or lawyer to argue who should take responsibility. I don't see any meaning to discuss or argue this issue here. I really wish people could learn lesson from this. I believe most of us could be pedestrian and driver sometime. Of course, the driver should be more careful, it doesn't matter he or she is poor or rich. I also wish some pedetrian could care about their own life and other's life (not point to this lady). I had scared to death experience when a pedetrian cross the road right in front of my car in a area without traffic light and at night. I can't image what happen if I had one second hesitate or if it in winter. I don't think it is just about responsibility or money. It could be a terrible memory in all your life if such thing happen.

先不说驾驶者倒车快慢。你说谁会想到大半夜的你在一个plaza的停车场倒车，后面会蹲着一位！想想都觉得瘆得慌，简直就是阎王派来来要命的！

As a bystander, without no doubt, the main responsibility of this accident belongs to the driver of this vehicle. But does this pedestrian has responsibility as well?? In my opinion, Yes, the pedestrian has. In Toronto, or even in Canada, pedestrians think all drivers can not hit them, so, under the protection of law, almost every pedestrian does not care of situation when they walking on the street or crossing road. I am a driver, specially driving in downtown of Toronto, that is tough. People do not care whether or not vehicles on the road, then crossing; people do not care whether or not safety, then walking, resulting in many accidents occurs. Who has responsibility?? 一定是倒车倒得太快了，如果慢慢地往后倒绝不会出现这样的事情。一次我公司的一位突然快速倒车就差一点撞了我的车，幸亏我及时按喇叭。

双方都太大意，这个事故完全是可以避免的。 做为司机，黑天倒车应该格外留意，速度要慢， 感觉这个司机出车太快。 做为行人，不是你有路权就可以大意，在经过倒车灯亮的汽车后部时， 先观察，在安全、与司机“交流”的情况下再过， 最姚明的是，黑天在倒车灯亮起的汽车尾部弯腰拾物，简直同自杀无异。 除非有倒车探头，司机还观察了探头，否则10个司机有8个注意不到车尾蹲着一人。 希望大家加强交通安全意识，好人平安。

x5?雷达应该叫唤啊，除非倒车速度太快，说白了还是司机的问题， 现在好些来的移民，只要面子风光，即使是X5，如果有或没有倒车雷达和摄像头的PAGAGER。价钱相差8000元的说，所以不要只要面子不要安全啊，安全永远是第一的。

this lady should be aware the car is turn on and she shouldn't be pickup some thing behind it without signal the driver. She take most of the responsibility, when she see the car is backing up the backup light is on she should be step away, she is 25 yrs old not a kid ??????

这个交通事故，没有办法说，作为行人，也有责任观察周围车辆的责任，尤其是在停车场，当然司机是主要责任。
