广东话 is still Chinese. Most old generation Hong Kong immigrants do't speak or understand Mandarin, that's why they want to hire someone who they can communicate. If you are the boss, will you hire something who only speaks Cantonese?

While Muslin can follow their rules, force their women to wear niqab and burqa in Toronto, the Chinese demographic has to give up their tradition of cuisine? It is just not fair. Shark fin doesn't mean anything to me personally and i don't really care about whether I can eat it or not. But I just don't like the direction the whole thing is leading us towards.
These politicians should spend their time (which is our money) to fix the darn TTC and other issues in Toronto first.
