房价持平 ???
if a lot of houses waiting on the list for sales and only a few buyers want to buy, other sellers who want to sell their houses quickly may be willing to lower their price by 2-5%, that has been happened in Toronto for months. Eventaully the price may drop 15-20%. Check the rent in the past 5 years, you can not control other owners decreasing the rent, your house will be no tenant at all if you keep your high rent. Same as house price now.
Do you know a lot of "Power of Sale" these days???? WHY?????
