No matter the result of war, there will be damages, pains and bleedings. At the end, no one will be responsible for it. It will all be taken by we Torontonians. Some of wounds can be cured at a more expensive cost, but others will be permanent.
The funny thing is, the key top adviser of Ford's election campaign, now is working for firefighter Union to battle Ford's budget plan.
