I love my country, though I use English.
I wish my motherland would become stronger, better in the future.
I plan to return there for my retirement, but in the mean time, I have to stay in Canada.
Regardless, I am yellow.

Interesting. I don't know the average salary, but 5 to 6 times of a lay salary may mean an annual income of $200,000, which is too brilliant for an immigrant for 5 years.
I never tip the delivery guy, because that's not a Canadian practice.
I have seen my fair share of racism. Yes, racism happens, but I take it easy. I won't allow a racist ruins my emotional health.
I never tip the delivery guy, because that's not a Canadian practice.

I agree. Whether you have money or not does not exempt you from racism.
Racism happens when the mainstream society sees you as a threat or a competition. So, you will see racist acts when you drive a BMW.
If you are very poor, you will receive lots of attention and help from them, which is a sublte manifestation of racism.
International adoption is a good example. The whites adopt Chinese girls from their good heart for sure, but from a macro perspective, they deliver a message that Chinese sucks.
The world is not that simple.

This is too good to be true! May I have the honor to meet you to see by my own eyes?
In Canada, a resume is presented in this order: professional experience, skills and education.
Don't pretend you are smarter because you have spent a few years more in school.
The bottomline is if you don't think you are a Canadian you are not.

I am an "old" immigrant, having worked in the mainstream society for over 2 decades.
I have not seen anyone giving out gifts for business convenience. Except Christmas, we exchange gifts amongst family members, very close friends and colleagues for sharing and caring, not for other improper purposes.
You can't offer your own conclusion without development of the conclusion.
Whether you are a Canadian or not depends on your sense of belonging. When watching Olympics for example, are you interested in Canadian's achievements? If you are, you are Canadianized.
