找CTTV，她还算聪明！
我们在大陆的时候，常看见媒体替老百姓出头出气。今天Fiona 王
也还有大陆老百姓情结，找媒体。但不知道CTTV在加拿大这地方能玩得转吗？如果真有点“道行”，他们的大门将推不开，大陆人受气的人和事太多了。
In China, we need the media because the law court fails to protect us.
In Canada, conflict like this one has to be resolved by legal mechanism, not by the media.
Going to CTTV, she became talk of the town, but no media can help her.
Also, by her one sided story, nobody can tell if she was right or wrong.

找个好律师，那赔偿费可能比你开餐馆还来得多，也未可知。

功能性文盲
作为都是来自同一片土地 同样在陌生的国度每日为美好未来打拼的同类人， 看见王女士的遭遇 本应该说些安慰 宽心的话， 但左思右想 却觉得这样只会助长王女士的委屈心理 更加觉得受到不公平的待遇。其实抛开同情的想法， 假设这是一位来自斯里兰卡或者罗马尼亚的朋友遭遇的话 没了那份乡里乡亲的感情 纯客观的角度来分析的话， 王女士 实在不算是“倒霉” 而是“自作自受”（说的有些刺耳，但还是比较贴切的）
作为多多少少都受过高等教育的我们， 有多少人清楚了解家里每个电器的按键的功能？有多少人会用微波炉 煮饭 解冻 烤面包？ 有谁会用天天开的自家车里每一个设计的用途？ 我们不是文盲， 但对于日新月异的现今社会里， 不可能百事通，不可能万般晓。
这就叫功能性文盲。“软着陆” “可持续性发展” 。。。这些词 字字都认识 拼在一起呢？尤其来到加拿大，人生地不熟， 文化大不同，上下公车 谁没遇过尴尬？买东西要打税 吃饭要给小费 有谁一开始就心甘情愿？
这些其实都是小事 无知也到无所谓。 但是遇到拿整副身家做投资的时候 就为什么这么“无畏”呢？ 身为高级电气工程师，并不代表自己在投资上，做生意上就有资深的能力。为什么不在一开始的时候就详细调查清楚呢？为什么不仔细琢磨下上家从他的上家接手后 这么快又要脱手呢？ 说到底 其实是王女士的中国性思维， 这么便宜的店铺 过这村没这店，先买下来 反正有牌照 就算有什么问题 也不会太大。或者不是贪便宜，可能觉得店铺地点又合适 价格也正好 买下来 辛苦点也值得。其实这点没错 在中国没错 ，一个小铺面 在有什么问题 上下疏通下 没什么的。 但在加拿大就 未必了， 试 在政府的角度想一下，以前的饭店对周围环境造成相当大的困扰 在这样一个以人为上的社会里 当然是严厉打击的，又怎么会一个一个 老板的调查背景呢？ 就好比 规定任何场所都不得吸烟 又怎么会例外允许一个通风系统装修的很好很好的饭店例外呢？ 广州因为摩托车犯罪率太大 就取缔所有的摩托车上街。对不对？ 说这些可能帽子扣的太大。 回到王女士的店铺上来，政府是站在大局出发 站在区域规划的角度上的 他们考虑的是 环境， 犯罪率 居住人口比例。不会轻易因为 国外的电气工程师的身份 或是店铺重新装修过的因素上改变决定的。 至于为什么没吊销第一位店主的牌照，我不了解具体情况 不能乱说 但估计也是钻了什么空子，延缓了吊销 ，趁机卖出店铺，而那位廖先生接手后 发现不对 又马上转手，虽然也有损失，但损失最大的还是一无所知的王女士。 这些其实当初循正常的法律程序，交由有经验有责任的律师或者代理来交接的话 他们是有义务去做这样的调查的 如果出现目前的情况话 是他们的责任 而不用王女士去 负担的。
之前听过一个故事，某著名上海饭店搬走后 接手这位（换了一个上海老字号的名字，这样描述 只是让有心人大约知道说的是哪里）由于经营不善 就把店铺骗卖给原来的厨师，谁知这位厨师本以为有份家业了，开张没几天 就被政府收回 原来店铺抵押有债务的，于是这位同胞不但整副身家被骗之外 还背了一身完全与自己无关的债务，店铺也被没收。。（道听途说 如有雷同 不胜荣幸）
想比较来说 王女士还比他幸运 至少店铺还在手上 虽然开不成店 但实打实还是有个房子在手。但损失也不小。
说了这么多 都是在责怪王女士当初怎么不应该 那么不对， 确实不太近人情。王女士到现在肯定已经知道当初怎么被骗了， 做这样一个节目 一方面是寻求援助 另一方面也是提醒大家，所以我在这里胡言乱语几句 也是和大家讨论一下。如果有什么言语不周 在此道歉。 没有经历过类似的问题 所以也出不了什么主意，因为这不仅是金钱援助就能解决的。 还是有些中国人的社团可以咨询下的。以团体的身份出现还是比一个弱女子的个人身份更有力量。议员还是要找的 大选前后 议员还是挺重视民意的。 一次不行就两次 三次。。一定要当面见到。找华人议员也好 就算不是本区的，他们也能指点一二。 邻居也要争取 虽然很难 比如发发打折卡之类的。 最后，循法律途径 找律师 是必须的 没有钱也没办法。天天在损失，只能尽力而为 能拉回多少是多少了 如果有一天 王女士的饭店开张了 也算是做了回广告了。
说的实在有些站着说话不腰疼。没有切肤之痛 只会说些 风凉话，实在不好意思。哀其不幸 怒其不争。。。

My extra 2 cents is disclosure and misrepresentation, from a legal perspective. The seller had not disclosed enough or had misrepresented, and if so, the contract could be void. It is very much like when you buy a new house, the developer has to disclose the house is x meteres away from 407, so noise could be a problem. Without such a disclosure, the contract is void.
Find a lawyer. Also find out if the seller has any properties in Canada. Place a lien on his properties and then negotiate it with him. The lady may be able to get back some of the money, definitely not all.

Now she foung she jump into a trap, but she can't found any ways or helps. When she bought the business, the cost of agent or lawyer should be around $2000. But it's is an insurance to her and help her to avoid the risks if it's exist.
Now, it's very difficult to her, her neighbourhoods didn't want to have any risks to them again, even she should be a very very nice owner. To persuid people change their mind is too difficult between too much different nations.
The seller should be laughing now, but she only can be crying, but no ways to help her.
And also, it's hard to re-sell her business now, as no one agent or lawyer will be respective for her business.
有一定道理.王女士最大的失误是没有征询律师意见.来者可追啊.
看来现在法律是站在政府一边,也只能死马当活马治,继续找议员,继续找传媒吧.
