You really should worry about yourself when you assume the cost of a Canadian passport is too much for many families, which is not true.

Hey Qiufu, I am not sure how much you earn, but, $150-$200 visa cost, plus back and force to downtown toronto for 2 times, and also $225-$300 / 5 yrs passport fee, those paid out of your own pocket, surely not cheap for most of our families (visit china in every 2-3 yrs) even if you capable to earn a 6 figure annual income.

By the way, the visa cost is $50 if you single entry in normal schedule. $75 for double entry, $100 for 6-month-multiple entry and $150 for 12-month-multiple entry. Only emergency 12-month-multiple entry will cost you $200.

Don't understand why some people make choice by themselves, then act as if he or she has no choice.
