如果这‘旅行证’可以使有中国大陆人以中国公民身份进入中国，再以加拿大护照出中国大陆。那就是把国籍法中的，‘入别国国籍，自动失去中国国籍’这条去掉了。
就是说，持证人仍是中国公民，加拿大护照只是旅行证件。中国只认其中国国籍。那就太好了。
I don't know either. Looks like the so-called "Travel Document" is only for residence of Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan.

I am wondering how much you know about China, especially today's China. So before you make any comments about China or Chinese officials, please check some reference. It is very obvious that Zhang Lady has been lying for 10 years, trying to stay in Canada. But for the Chinese officials, I believe they are telling the truth.

每个人的方法不同, 但目的一致------Canada----future.
1. technological immigrant if you qualify.
2.investment immigrant if you have enough money.
3.others immigrant by refuge, marriage(true or false) and study...or by cheating to hurt others.
if you are smart or lucky, you would be successful. if not you would faile. it depends on....
so I think she is ok if she didn't hurt and cheat other individual for her own purpose.

This is such an exciting news and I can't help responding to it. I am so happy that she doesn't need to worry about her Canadian passport anymore, and she shouldn't worry about her daughter's status in China anymore. Now both of them can go back as the First Class citizens! Thank God! Thank you, Chinese Officials!
However, there is one more thing to remember, lady!!! You need to get ready to live on yourself because you know that you can't expect to live on welfare in China. But no worries, because from my knowledge of the universe, as long as you want to work, in today's China , you can definitely make a living. And think about how many people are moving back to China from oversea, I bet you are actually on the right way of living with dignity ! Hope you don't need to wait long to be on board!
