This is just a start! Everybody can see that the unemployment rate has been going up for consecutive three months. But the US is getting better. Many people will move to the US for employment. And the US will increase the interest rate soon. If Canada hold the current rate, all money in the money market will flow to the US also. Then, the chief of central bank will have to take back his promise, and increase the interest rate also. Finally, the property price in Canada will face multiple pressures!

分析得很有道理。美国利率升了,加拿大一定会跟随。 无忧老汉,现在不是买房的时机,别买了。赶紧把你手头上的存房卖了吧,等到临近升利息的前几个月大家就开始观望了,卖房就来不及了。

俺建议花草迷再等几年买房, 房价不下跌20%以上绝不买房. 无忧了赶紧趁淡季多买几套糠抖囤积居奇.😆

俺倒不是等房价下跌,我也希望房价永远上涨,就怕刚买了房就开始大跌。如果房价处于谷底时买不就安全了?

本来想过了元旦就买房,唉,买不成了。12月比11月房价降了近三万,还让我怎么买啊?这房价,你要是长你就永远长下去,要买房的就不用犹豫了。如果今年一月份比去年十二月份再降一些,到二月份就又没法买了,买房难啊!难买房啊!房难买啊!

这冬天的房价有些误导, 老汉想买房, 等了一冬天一无所获,所关注的区域基本无房上市, 有限的几套烂房挂在那儿钓鱼, 象是嫁不出去的剩女, 又象是秃子头上的几根稀毛, 无比不受看, 还不愿直接降价。 故事告诉我, 要买房还得在春秋, 尽管表面成交价高,但由于房源多, 可选择面大, 还真有机会掏着宝。

回复 无忧了:Those houses are homes of JJ. They hang on there with high prices with two purposes: 1. Maybe a stupid guy will buy it. So the JJ can really make some unexpected money. 2. The neighborhoods who really wanna sell their houses will use the price as reference. So, the market price will go up, and more commission to his or her pocket. Fuck JJ.
