This is just a start! Everybody can see that the unemployment rate has been going up for consecutive three months. But the US is getting better. Many people will move to the US for employment. And the US will increase the interest rate soon. If Canada hold the current rate, all money in the money market will flow to the US also. Then, the chief of central bank will have to take back his promise, and increase the interest rate also. Finally, the property price in Canada will face multiple pressures!
回复 无忧了：Those houses are homes of JJ. They hang on there with high prices with two purposes:
1. Maybe a stupid guy will buy it. So the JJ can really make some unexpected money.
2. The neighborhoods who really wanna sell their houses will use the price as reference. So, the market price will go up, and more commission to his or her pocket. Fuck JJ.
