define. Anyone they choose to exclude from using the property and the manner in which
they do so is governed by the Trespass to Property Act.
The proposed by-law does not mean that washrooms have to be unlocked. Retailers could
require that customers who want to use the washroom must ask for a key or be escorted
to the facility.

如在多伦多的话，by law 餐馆和咖啡店是一定要open washroom 的，否侧是违法的。 华人的生意多数也出借的，但有些则不借。以前去kennedy& lawrence 的龙泰采购的时候。突然内急，便问店内职员，被告知没有washroom, 可以去它边上的咖啡店用，那咖啡店只有单人卫生间。我想不可能所有龙泰的职员都去它的邻居用卫生间吧. 刚开始有点生气，但后一想也罢，华人店的卫生间，不一定卫生啊，呵呵！另外，也碰上阿差的生意也有不出借卫生间的。

我们餐馆也都给借厕所的，不过说实话，真的什么事都发生过，厕所用过之后很惨的很多，地上是尿，马桶上踩着脚印，洗手池里也有很多纸巾，还有一次居然发现有注射针筒......当然保持干净的时候也有不少。
多少次发誓说再不借了，可是每次看见有人需要用时，忍不住又说：no problem, over there!
建议保持洗手间原样，用卫生纸把马桶和洗手池边缘自己遗留的水迹都清理干净，好借好还，再借不难嘛！
