English, Qualification and Networking are the keys for securing a professional job. If you are new to Canada, you have no credit, they have no trust on you. Networking is the key to succeed if you speak decent English, and have the required qualification for the job. Have someone established in the industry as your reference, and if he/she spoke highly about you, you will get that job straightway. An employer will trust the people they have established the trust only. A professional person is responsible for what they have said. I have no Canadian degree and no Canadian experience. My boss picked me from the airport and went to the office straightway – my first day in Canada started from the office.
