We should never blame others if you do not like it. Remember, it is not easy to do those, it needs many years of hard work to get there. I will say thanks for those people, we are lucky we can enjoy the delicious traditional Chinese food and kitchen skills here in Toronto. Please ignore those naive people opinion, everyone is freedom to express his or her opinion, he or she will understand when they have hardship in the near future.
