移民部长：移民失业率不跌 移民额就不增

在加拿大找工作是个很痛苦的事，尤其是技术工作。哪行缺人可以培训本地失业者，劳工的培训周期也不长。本地有上百万失业者，根本不用移民。

过来的都没工作,还移,政府在搞啥呀!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let's be clear, immigration is not just for the labour market purpose that one would imagine. It also serves a goal to balance the aging population and low birth rate. Overall the extent of immigration is collectively governed by labour needs, economy, and demographic composition. It's nothing but a highly dynamic social-economic system.

COME ON, 缺的是劳工，不是技术人员。应该开放劳工移民。英语要求也不高，能说几句就行了。技术人员，加拿大本土人士大学毕业了都找不到工作，哪里需要移民？技术移民本来就是个招外来劳工的幌子，不如直接了当招劳工还好些，免得移民空抱希望。

种种迹象表明现在的移民部长并非弱智。
