反贫困组织：牛奶金可以增至5400元

如果政府取消税收，每个人的HST自动变成收入，也很可观啊！ 这么做的好处是政府廉政了，百姓购买力增加了，促进流通领域发展，大到买房买车，小到超市一元店，餐馆咖啡馆都会大有起色。 政府怎么不做呢？

回复 从来没有救世主：The problem is that many middle level people have to pay the high priced house so they have to cut off the regular spending. I know many poor people, whose family has 7 children. Some families have 3 development disorder children out of 5 or 7. I can't understand why they keep going. They never think about children. They are only interested of taking money. If $5,400 per year per child, many family will make more children for money instead of working. Every family shoud be responsible to plan for how many children to have with their own budget. I don't mean to take away the birth right away from low income people. I think $5400 can be for first child and rest of child benefit should be reduced. Goverment should send stamps/tickets ( not cash) used for child educations, food and clothes.
