Egg contains high amount of protein and cholesterol. A healthy person can only eat 5 eggs without eating meat and other protein products. If people have high blood fat, they can only eat one egg a day. Ram eggs are even worse. Too much protein hurt his kidney. Too much cholesterol hurt his liver. Raw eggs hurt his stomach. He was seriously poisoned.
