You should ask people in Tokyo why their house price falls more than 15 years and still no sign of recover even the land supply is even limited than here in Toronto.

this is very stupid conclusion. The house price will keep up and up, one of the main reason is from Japan. He is printing huge money, and bring down the borrowing cost. Next printer will be Europe I guess, it maybe start to print next few years later.

Are you suggesting house price in Tokyo will shoot to the sky after so many lousy years ? Same as Europe like Spain after crash ? Go and invest there to see how much you will make ... or buy their realestate stock will make you rich.
The sale # is lower -15% in Toronto, but the unit price is going up >2%. There will be a latency if the sale # continues to be lower.
If the sale # picks up, then the price will not go down.

回复 账号无法删除:现在看 listing:sold, 1.9:1 买的少, 卖的少, 可以说 at this point, the supply and demand is quite balance. Who knows if it will drop in the next few months. Back in 2009 Jan, 10% crash listing:sold is 7.7:1
