http://www.naol.ca/forum/viewtopic.php?t=341709
CEDRIC K.T. CHEUNG
Cedric K.T. Cheung received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario (UWO) and continued post-graduate studies in medical physiology at UWO. He also received a Doctor of Science degree in Alternative Medicine from the Ministry of Indigenous Medicine, Sri Lanka. He is currently the National President of the Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada (CMAAC), Vice-President of the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies and resides in London, Ontario. Cedric is a certified doctor in Taiwan, licensed acupuncturist in California, an honorary professor at the Shaanxi Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a visiting professor at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China.
https://www.pas.gov.on.ca/scripts/en/bios.asp?boardID=141600&persID=154010
