It is really a different point of view. To me, as one of the hard working group, I pay heavy heavy tax reguararily. And we are told to work till 67 in order to get pension. Where are those money going?
When I was in back pain, I did not get proper treatment, but I have to pay for the TCM. I really doubt the system and will see how long it can last.

To be honest, if you belong to the hard working group, then you don't pay "heavy heavy" tax. It's the people who make a lot of money who pay high tax and they don't belong to the "hard working group."

回复 Shao Pang:People who have a lot of employment income, pay taxes at high tax rate; most of those people are hardworking employees, like middle and lower-middle classes.
People who have a lot of investment income like dividend, capital gain, etc, pay taxes at low tax rate; they are rich/super rich people, aka the 1%ers, or more accurately, the 0.01%ers. And many of them have avoided paying taxes at all by hiding money in their off-shore bank accounts in tax heavens.
