移民是加拿大的负担？团聚移民该取消？

一点都不奇怪。你总是认为现在的加拿大的一切是上天赋予的。其实不是。现在的一切是婴儿潮一代人干出来的。和现在的中国一样，多伦多曾经也是重污染，那时候的人在生孩子的前一天还在工地干活。现在这些人老了，享受这些设施和环境的下一代就得养他们。这就是为什么我说婴儿潮这一代人离去的时候会带走属于他们的财富和荣耀。

太主观. 我认识的一个装修师傅, 就有三套房, 其中两套出租. 他是啥富人? 只不过有人把余钱投到房地产上, 有人把余钱投到金融股票基金上.

Nearly 70% of the immigrants arriving to Canada are "economic immigrants" meaning they have to have solid skills/experience levels to get into the country and/or have appropriate equity capital (under the VIP Business Immigration program) to receive permanent residency in the country. Within ten years, studies have shown these immigrants tend to have earnings that are near or above the Canadian average. This partly explains why they tend to have high homeownership rates. in fact many come to Canada with a high aspiration to own a home. In other words, they work hard to get where they want to in life and don't sit around blaming the economy for the lack of ability to get a job in their chosen field of study. If I were you I would go out there and get a real job, sitting around, flicking your thumb and waiting for some housing crash miracle to happen is not going to help.

加拿大的自然环境不如澳大利亚的，离亚洲又远。现在投资移民就没有太多人来，再搞个两年工签转PR，更没人来了。 投资移民加拿大其实就是来拿身份的，真正干投资的都去美国了。 加拿大的投资移民实际就是卖加拿大国籍。
