医生严重短缺 16%新扎专科医生失业

Some seniors visit the doctor every day/week no matter it's necessary ot not because in their mind: it's free. They will feel comfortable even they just walk in and say "hello" to the doctor, but this "hello" will cost taxpayer's $30 - 90 dollars!! So in order to avoid this or increase taxpayer health premium, introduce co- payment $5 per visit to doctor, and tax return who have chronic or moderate /severe condition patients who really need to visit their doctor on the regular basis. In this case, it's fair for taxpayers who only pay their health premium and visit their doctor every 2 - 3 years. If co-payment introduce, I am sure the government will save at least 1/4 - 1/3 money on health care

根子在公费医疗上, 没有有效措施控制医生为赚钱给病人多做不需要的检查/治疗. 如果这16%的医学专科新毕业生开业, 公费医疗就要增加16%的支出. 现在各省的公费医疗都是最大的财政负担, 50%的省府支出. 不要抱怨医学专科新毕业生失业, 不解决公费医疗系统的垄断和荒唐的高收费问题, 只能限制医生数量, 作为权宜之计.

医生这个职业本来就不需要存在。
