黑莓向用户发出公开信：别遗弃我们
加拿大的黑莓公司（BlackBerry）14日下午发出公开信，呼吁用户不要遗弃正在进行重建的黑莓。一家公司发出这样的呼吁，相当罕见。
透过推特发布的黑莓公开信对其顾客、合作夥伴及黑莓产品爱好者说，他们将可以继续依赖黑莓。信中暗示，最近一季黑莓亏损9亿6500 万美元，又可能遭并购，会令人们感到关切，但黑莓公司仍掌握著巨额现款，没有欠债，正在达成削减一半支出的重建目标。
这封公开信又称，黑莓独家的BBM今夏已开放给Android和iOS平台使用，BBM已成为可供所有系统运用的移动资讯平台。

公开信还说，黑莓10手机是最方便打字的手机，这是绝对的，「没有如果、及或但是等含糊字眼。」
黑莓今年以来情况更糟糕，新推出的手机反响平平，以致加拿大最大的电讯公司、黑莓的长期合作夥伴罗渣士（Rogers）最初打算不向订户提供黑莓的Z30手机。后来遭到消费者的强烈批评后，罗渣士才改变初衷，表示将向用户供应Z30。

too late. I won't give BB a chance . Why should I have to pay for other CEOs and executives' mistakes for not catching up iPhone 10 years ago? Can you recall how much money CEOs and executives' make in the past? Millions and Millions dollars? Even nowadays, the CEOs still get 20+ millions , if he can successfully sell the BB? Look at ourselves , how much do we make? NO WAY! WE ARE NOT BEING FOOLED AROUND!! Back to 10 years, if you criticise the BB CEO for not going for Hockey business ,
