You try to tell me 加国及多市纳税人联盟 are not "丑恶的利益集团"?? Just because they name themselves 纳税人 something, doesn't mean they represent 纳税人. They are just another two 利益集团s. (sorry, I can't type Chinese, I can only copy and paste from your post).

回复 明白了：It's normal. Usually, when there are too many posts, or when they think that too many inappropriate posts that could make them liable for leaving the posts on it, they close the forum. For example, many of the Ford supporting posts on this site, like those anti-gay comments, would not be tolerated by the Canadian society. T Star could be sued for discrimination if they don't delete such posts fast enough. Considering the rudeness of Ford supporters, it is not hard to imaging (I am just imaging) that there could be a lot of such posts. To avoid trouble, they have to close the forum. Sometime, they even say the forum is close for legal concerns.

To the people who think the city council's decision is illegal, Ford said that too. He said he will challenge that in court, he also threatened to sue his former staff for reporting to police, he and his brother also said they would sue the media, he also........ Did he? No! Hitler was also elected just as were these counselors and ended up taking over the government as a dictator. There is a very fine line between democracy and dictatorship.
