All teachers have no responsibility. Who Cares. If you kids are good, it's great. If your kids are not ok, it's not their problem. The teachers has no responsibility. So, even your kids playing in the class from 8:35am to 3:30pm. The teachers will say nothing because nobody will laid them off! And they said they have right to go on strike for increasing their salary and increasing their sick days, some of them can bank enough 4-5 years for sick days and earlier retire !!!! WHAT? Sick days can be banked. If they are not sick, why taxpayers have to pay for their sick day! Again, this is something need to be changed too. Every year, the government spent so much taxpayers money on students, increasing every year, almost enough for the kids go to private school, but the quality has not increased, just because no system to evaluate if the teacher is qualify for their job or not. Anyway, they only need to show up in the school and get their pay check. I lose my patient and move out my kids to private as their teacher late for school every day and the kids need to waiting outside of school in -25 degree. I was wondering if the Canadian system be the same as US, then the situation will be move forward. If my case happens in the US, I only need to pay the difference from Public to private, so the public will lose many students because most of the parents be able to pay for the difference but not the full amount of tuition. then public school will lose money, probably quality will be improve. Teacher is the best job.
