There are more and more 'new monies' from mainland China who are bahaving in a arrogant and disrepectful ways towards the local communities and cultures.
They use their money for showoff, look down to everybody that they see as poorer than them, contribute little to charities and community activities.
This is the root cause of 投资移民被一刀切 and anti-Chinese sentiments the start to emerge in Canada.
We need to support 投资移民 simply because they are Chinese? Stop playing the race card.
A Chinese Canadian polititian must represent all Canadian, not a small number of people within his own ethnic group.
Agree. Some people try their best to protect their own benefit not working in the best interest of all Canadian. They are acting like they know better than the government but cannot provide any approved data. They really don't know "Who they are".
Toronto city councillor doug ford says most councillors can not find a job if they were not councillors.
Therefore councillors is a job , if you are looking for a job , try to be a councilor,
more pay,
more benefits,
more potentials in the future.
It's just immagination. Most of those 中国富人 don't even live here how could they have such a big impact on consumption in Canada?
I would say that if housing prices drop after 中国富人 sell their houses and leave or kept out, everybody else who actually live here will pay less money for housing and thus spend more money on 保险、汽车、酒业、娱乐、百货、航空，甚至教育产业、语言补习班、华人餐馆, 抬拉加国内需.
