I already bought the same size house 14 years ago at the price about 400K. I just don't want my property tax raies up, at meanwhile let the new buyer know how hight the price is and how dangerous the market is..........also how tricky the JJ is!!!

Agree. These are most of Canadians point. Land and materials are cannot be regeneration. Labor cost is soaring. People is coming. There are no reason house price will not be rising.

really. so you mean the amount of money people can spend on houses would be rising indefinitely? if it rises to a level where people cannot afford, who would be buying then?

加拿大咨议局(Conference Board of Canada), 加拿大的几个左翼智库之一, 居然出来挺房价不崩盘. 看来贵族工会买大房的比例很高哇.😆

这种评估就像:冰多路滑,出车祸的概率较高,但致命的可能性不大。 看来,还是不乐观,底线定的过低。
