很难想象你也是个法盲，难道你去打劫银行，没出门口不算打劫？出不出门口是其中一个判断，不是唯一判断标准。

1。这个不知道，反正也是猜测。 2。对于顺手牵羊（shoplifter)，不用出门，店内就可逮捕。大多保安是等跨出门那一刻行动，那是尽量减少不必要的质疑。 3。这个不是拘禁，这个是逮捕。没看出有何不对。至于是否要铐到警察到来6个小时，那要看当时情况，比如，保安报警时，警察是否给与了一些建议。当时事主是否很激动，甚至有些过激言行等等，事主有否逃走的倾向和可能，都是保安不松铐的理由。 至于搜查手包和口袋，在保安逮捕后，他有这个权利。不过这个搜查（公民逮捕权下）有些局限性，不像警察逮捕后的搜查：那是可以叫你一丝不挂的搜查。大多保安怕召揉一些说不清的反告比如：碰/摸了不改摸得地方等，大多保安是等警察来了让警察搜。 被逮捕了，没经许可，不能打接与律师无关的电话，那是没错的。就是与律师联系，都要通过保安来接通的。 事主说的，不让吃饭，不让上厕所，在哪都不应该。

不会的。 警察只是根据Trespass to Property Act提告她：Engage in Prohibited Activity on Premises。这个告票与超速/闯红灯之类的没啥区别。 象她这样没前科，涉及数额又不大，不少都给这个告票，而不直接控盗窃罪。下次，就不一样了。

Answer: Expert: Legal Ease replied 2 years ago. You were not charged with a criminal offence. You were given a ticket much like a driving offence ticket. So you do not have a criminal record. You were fortunate they agreed to just ticket you for trespass rather than than charging you with theft. The police will have a record of this as the police keep records of all contact with everyone but it will not affect you unless this happens again. This will not affect your ability to work, travel or your credit etc. The store will keep your photo to make sure you do not enter the store again. And you may get a letter from the store demanding something like $500.
