If Isis was behind sololy, it would be a more serious social problem. 2. If they were just having mental/stress problem, It also would be a social problem, but not so seriously as last one, the reason would be more about culture and education syatem related. to me, It could be a mixed of these 2 things and more complicated reasons behind these tragedy.
