Households in the Greater Toronto Area performed well in 2014, their net worth growing by 7.5 percent to an average of $826,883. While most neighbourhoods saw positive growth, some of the strongest net worth gains occurred in Bayview Village, North York and the up-and-coming areas just east of the downtown core.
