温哥华房奴最悲催：88.6%的收入付房钱

房子關乎民生，政府應該立法限制海外買家。海外留學生不是要比本地學生交很高的學費麼？

有海外收入的肯定是少数，温哥华人是挺惨的，许多是自己住地下室，微薄工作收入和靠分租房子维生。

this report does not work. if 88% income go through the house ,how do they buy it on the high price without comfortable . it doesn't make sense .the price come from the market ,.we know it is high but people still want to pay ,and there are all bid offers .they pay more then the seller ask price ,they give the seller surprise

别忘了那是税前，税后根本不够。温哥华的有钱人基本都不交税，但住打房子，抬高房价，可恶！

外国人在国外收入，没有法律要求在加拿大报税

可见温哥华很多人收入来自国外，根本就在这隐瞒不报。12%收入能够生活吗？
