明显翻译错误：admission =/= 入籍。
该研究机构指出，虽然新移民所带来的总财政负担在增加，但人均的财政负担出现了下降。这主要是因为政府取消了成千上百的已经达到分数要求的新移民的入籍。因为该移民计分系统并不经济实用，给政府造成了极大的财政负担。所以政府已经将该计分系统取消，这也就造成了约百万的已经达到分数要求的人被剥夺了入籍的机会。
