It makes sense than immigration paper, but only one thing is not reasonable. why do I need pay 50 bucks for it even though it's not a big number? We have payed for immigration paper and it's the government itself reason to replace it with the card, so it should be free for all applicants. Otherwise it will be a kind of money making.
