（中央社圣地牙哥30日综合外电报导）美国媒体报导，加州圣地牙哥1名男子今天一手拿枪、一手拿啤酒在社区游泳池开枪伤人，造成1人丧命，7人受伤后，遭警方击毙。

美国国家广播公司（NBC）圣地牙哥（San Diego）地方台报导，事发在环球市（Universal City）集合住宅，当时正举行生日趴，闯入的凶嫌经指认为49岁的赛里斯（Peter Selis）。

路透社报导，1名自称为约翰的居民告诉KFMB-TV，他看见凶嫌在泳池区“坐着，一手拿啤酒喝，另一手持枪”。

约翰说，他和太太看见“3人中枪躺下”，1名受伤民众试著爬向其他人寻求协助。

目击者说，2名警察抵达和持枪凶嫌对峙，双方驳火后，凶嫌遭击中。

圣地牙哥警长齐默曼（Shelley Zimmerman）告诉记者，枪手因将武器对着警察，于是遭击毙。警长并未提到凶嫌可能动机。

“洛杉矶时报”（LA Times）报导，泳池周围当时约有30人，大多为非裔美人。而凶嫌是白人，穿着棕色短裤，带著大口径手枪。

央视网消息：当地时间4月30日，警方通报称，一名枪手在当地一所公寓楼的公共泳池开枪射击，事发后有8人被送医抢救。而枪手被随后赶到现场的警察击毙。事发后，有当地民众向媒体讲述了事发现场的情况。

在枪击发生后，大批警力赶往现场。可以看到警方在现场拉起了警戒线。而有惊魂未定的当地民众，也向媒体描述了当时事发时的情形。

当地民众：有人开枪，在泳池开了6枪或7枪。我打电话报了警，我们都趴在地上，把窗户关好。然后差不多一分钟后，又有6声或7声枪响。人们在尖叫，然后又过了一分钟有更多的枪声。警察赶到然后是更多的枪声，这差不多持续了10分钟，有很多枪声。

据路透社报道，被警方击毙的枪手当时手中拿着啤酒。圣地亚哥警察局局长谢利·齐默曼当天也向媒体介绍了部分案情。

圣地亚哥警察局局长 谢利·齐默曼：我们的直升机指引警官赶到事发的泳池区域，警官发现了嫌疑人并与其交火。该嫌疑人当时仍持有武器，嫌疑人用枪指向我们的警官。我们的三名警官向其开火，嫌疑人被击倒随后证实已被击毙。

圣地亚哥警察局局长 谢利·齐默曼：我们目前知道的就是有8名受害者，他们被射伤。他们中有几人伤势严重已被送往当地医院。

据警方确认的最新消息，行凶的枪手是一名49岁的白人男子，名叫彼得·塞里斯。其作案动机目前仍在调查中。据报道，除了枪手被击毙外，枪击事件的8名伤者中目前已经有1人死亡，另外7人受伤。据当地媒体报道，枪击发生时，现场人群正在为一个男孩举办生日会，在场的约有30人，其中大多数为非洲裔美国人。
