Bayer has 100 reasons to say " I can not get mortgage from the bank". Bayer said to bank" I owe $800,000 to a
person who is reside in China, I did report before, may I still get mortgage from your bank? Bank will answer "No!, No!". So buyer has to LIE, LIE, NO OTHER CHOICE!!! remember 100 or 1000 reasons.🤭🤭🤭

Buyer can use excuse that I will have to leave the country and back to home country and won't be back any more. Buyer won't sign the mutual release for the deposit unless seller let go!
If buyer does not sign the mutual for the deposit, the buyer can not get the deposit anyways. The deposit will eventually go to RECO (I guess) and seller has to take the lose.

Buyer gave up $40,000, seller is only upset, or outraged. Later seller won,t sue buyer, because seller will
not win lawsuit.
