还真不忽悠，现在在DT还真不好租一般的房子，顶级公寓除外。

最低工资上涨的话，房租肯定涨， 因为随便修理点什么， 工钱都不会低于最低工资。最低工资上涨也会导致超市等的物价上涨， 实际上就是新一轮的货币贬值，房租肯定会相应的上涨。如果最低工资上涨30%的话， 房租涨幅不会低于20%。6.85元最低工资时，华人地面上房子的房租300元的不少，现在11.25最低工资， 最便宜的无窗小黑土库（跟别人公用卫生间）300元都不租给你。

这个是真的，这才是伪婆真正的成就与功绩。伪婆为了讨好低收入租户出台限制涨租金的政策，结果许多房东担心未来涨不了房租而惜租或者一步到位把租金提高到未来五年或者十年之后的房租水平，爱租不租，结果租户租不到房，只好按着房东的价格硬着头皮租下来甚至要跟人竞争租约。不相信的人可以打打电话试着假装租房试一试。
