这个题材的文章太有意义了。 刚刚从警察局报案回来，也是电信诈骗，不过是伪装成 中国警察驻渥太华办事处。 骗局骗术高，以假乱真，本人及家人差点上当。 有时间，会以亲身亲历写一篇相关文章，让大众不再上当！

8月14日我也接到快递公司DHL一位工作人员的电话，说我有个快递已返回，需要咨询请按1，我就按了1，一个说普通话的人要我的姓名和地址，我没有理他，原因我没有寄什么快递，请大家注点意，轻易不要把自己的信息给陌生人，不要上大受骗。

现在我在家接电话都是用中文：你好，请问哪位。对方一愣，我就把电话挂了。昨天接到一个英文录音电话，第一句就是祝贺你获得加拿大航空公司的大奖。我马上挂了电话！过去都是座机，现在取消了座机，手机被打扰是第一次。看来骗子也猖狂！大家警惕！

电话里不能提供自己任何真实的信息，就算是税务局的，你可以要求对方留电话，核实后再联系，如果是骗子电话，你是打不通对方的。

电话号码不熟的不接，你了解的人会给你留言，不要相信陌生人的话。

我最近收到CIK 转发的信，估计是洋骗子的信，我没理他，因为他所说的事根本是莫须有的。原文如下： Dear jeffal: We have received the following complain/violation notice from third party, according to CRTC regulation we are forwarding it to you without change.
