土豆到达印度，印度政府排出一个农业部长来欢迎，这个部长连内阁议员都不是。 土豆这种草包到哪里都不受欢迎。 去中国连个贸易协定都没有签成； 去菲律宾还被菲总统痛骂； 去印度是个三流官员接待。 因为大家都知道这个草包说话假大空，却没有能力管理国家和进行贸易谈判，于是把他当猴耍。
