Did you check your junk mail?
For me, it took 3 days from registration to receiving voting instructions, and the email ended up in junk mail.
You need:
1) Check your Junk box first to see if the PIN email is there. If not, go to 2) below
2) The mail server account "[email protected]" in receiver's blocked list needs to be removed. Go to "blocked list" & Ctrl+F to search "[email protected]", and remove it if found.
3) Put "[email protected]" on your safe list (see below).
4) Call 1-800-903-6453 again for re-sending the ballot -- you may wait for a long time but be patient, please
