现在的房市的走势，就如几年前的资源价格。当初资源价格下跌，很多人都预期会很快反弹，因为有中国撑着。但事实怎么样？一路走低，到现在才有点回升的苗头。 愿望是美好的，现实是残酷的。炒客们好运吧。但愿我错了。

屁话。。。房事崩了， 住在那的还是住那， 难道都跳进湖里？

美国房地产崩盘时，第一批发现房地产有问题的人（这些人后来狂赚了一笔因为投资了次贷的保险）就是因为发现美国很多房地产热的地方夜晚没有灯光，道路没有人，房子租不出去。这个指标是最直接的，因为房子投资也好，自住也好，都是给人住的。如果多伦多有一天大厦晚上一大半灯不亮，地铁空空荡荡，房租几百也没人租，那就是房地产的末日，当然那也是加拿大的末日。

其实跌不需要理由，干等就行。。

其实现在的房市应该说还不错。独立屋价格虽然降了，但挂牌期只有15天到30天。售价平均高于要价1%左右。但就怕加息，使购买力下降。而这个加息是大概率事件。除非再次发生经济危机，不得不减息刺激经济。但这个可能性现在开不到。而且减息如同给病人大麻抽，不能给多了。给多了的后果现在已经显现。你知，我知，政府知。
