I am a Canada Post employee. First of all, mistake can’t avoid 100% because we are human being. For example, for me, I experienced to drop the package to the wrong address and almost all customers are very kind and always encourage us to improve. For this particular customer, i don’t know what’s wrong with him because we are told that he experienced too many times. I can tell that we are not allowed to do that, and our supervisor will instruct us to pay highly attn of it just on the second day after c/s rcvd the complaint. One thing I have to point out that his one complaint is not exist which he accused the mailman imitate his signature and drop the package with a notice card, because he would receive

The package or the notice card, not both of them. I would like to draw everyone’s attention that Canada post put the customer prior to their employees, and they put mailmen the last. So don’t worry, contact c/s if any problem, you are always welcome. Besides,please note the government did not fund the company anymore even it is a crown company, and Canada post makes money last financial year by every mailman’s effort! So treat it as a private company although we delivery some government’s stuff free!

直接留取件单,很多时候是因为有寄件方的要求,CARD FOR PICK UP。收件人必须自己去邮局取。
