按捺不住好奇心，看了一下法庭的判决：

法庭判决文件中提到：
The Crown is appealing the sentence of 11 years concurrent that Mr. Kormendy received for attempting to kill three people,
检察官确实抗诉了。
另外，法庭文档还有一个注释:
Mr. Kormendy is also appealing his conviction as an inmate appeal (C64638). On November 16, 2018, by order of MacPherson J.A., on consent of all parties, this Crown sentence appeal, where Mr. Kormendy is represented by counsel, was bifurcated from the inmate conviction appeal and allowed to proceed before the conviction appeal.
原告也上诉了。
如此说来加拿大和某国一样，也是法制国家，上诉原则上也是不加刑的。
另外，不知道这个翻译是怎么做的，居然把第一条检察官抗诉的内容给漏掉了，只看到了注释。莫不成是倒着读法庭文档的？
