That accident looks like a serious criminal traffic accident happened in Toronto. Nothing to do with China or CCP in terms of accident responsibility. Further more, on this case, they do not need to shun anything, right?
whether or not the victim is a Chinese citizen is to 100% up to the truth. if victim is a Chinese citizen, certainly China will do what they need to do.
