政府把社会责任推到房东身上是不对的。不付房租怎么办？以前的话是上诉到房客和房东委员会，然后辩论，然后发驱逐令，至少要几个月，现在估计都不开门，房客至少可以白住半年。

Asking tenants not to pay their rent is the same like encouraging tenants doing robbery.Landlords have to pay their mortgage, property tax, insurance, water/sewage bill, electricity bill, maintenance bill etc. Most of landlords, if not all, run the property by rent, how can they survive if they don't receive their rent?

so what if we have mortgage? i know we can pay later, but we accumulate interest... can tenant pay for the interest? or accumulate interest in their rent? Because my tenant havent pay me yet
