Canada government should change its current unfair tenant and landlord law. It's quite unfair that tenant is allowed to live in a private rental without payment of his rent and the landlord can't doing anything with it. Landlord should have the same right to terminate the lease same as Tenant does at the end of the term with 60 days notice. Canada current tenant and landlord law is sick, unfair.
