Free In-Person Job Search Workshop for Immigrants

Peel Multicultural Council is mainly funded by IRCC and serves immigrants for more than 40 years in the community.  It will offer the following free training. 

3-Day Online Job Search Workshop: 
1. Date/Time: September 23rd-25th,  10:00am - 1:30pm 

Location: Meadowvale library  - 6655 Glen Erin Dr, Mississauga, ON L5N 3L4

2. To learn the following: 

• -Understand Canadian employers’ recruiting perspective
• -Analyze your professional skills
• -Write a 'targeted resume'
• -Communicate effectively during interviews

3. Eligibility and skills requirement: 

-Permanent residents, Convention Refugees or CUAET holders

-Intermediate English language & computer skill
